The ideal candidate will have a design aesthetic that is inline with current NAPCP branding, possess photography skills, and will be a people person with a heart for the association!

Desk Image (NAPCP)
Job Description: Part time Design Production Assistant, working in partnership with Lead Designer and NAPCP team to fulfill design and production work for the National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP).
Responsible for:
1.
Time sensitive weekly design projects that are inline with the overall brand, aesthetic, look and feel of NAPCP.2. Creation of beautiful and tasteful design elements for NAPCP blog, Instagram, Pinterest and email promotions.
3. Assistance with design and copy for various marketing pieces, newsletter and store products, as needed.
4. Assisting Lead Designer in finishing design files and uploading products to the NAPCP storefront.
5. Attending weekly (virtual) meeting to communicate and plan for deadlines.
6. Communicating with NAPCP Team for collaboration of ideas and forward progress on all projects.

Skills and qualifications:
1.
Graphic Design skills, and proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop CS, InDesign, Illustrator
2. Knowledge of and experience in transferring large batches of photos and finished files via FTP, Dropbox, etc.
3. Technically savvy. Can set up system profiles, web and email accounts, etc.
4. Basic digital photography skills required.
Hardware and software requirements:
Design Production Assistant must possess their own laptop or desktop, and design software required to complete job.
