2026 NAPCP Ambassador Agreement

NAPCP Ambassador Program Mission:

Strengthening and growing the global NAPCP community by fostering meaningful local connections and amplifying our collective voice.

NAPCP Ambassador Program Overview:

The NAPCP Ambassador Program is all about bringing photographers together (both members and non-members!) to create a thriving, supportive community where we can grow, learn, and inspire each other. As a local representative of the National Association of Portrait and Child Photographers, you’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration on a personal level.

As a NAPCP Ambassador, you’ll help strengthen our community by hosting gatherings, encouraging engagement within the NAPCP Member Community, and spreading the word about NAPCP news, events, and updates on social media. Your efforts will help ensure everyone stays connected, informed, and inspired to keep growing in their craft and their business.

NAPCP Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Host local NAPCP Gatherings during these key weeks: April 13–19 and September 14 – 20. If you’re unavailable during these dates, no problem! Just let us know your rescheduled date, which can be within a week before or after the timeframe.
  • Plan high value gatherings that photographers will be interested in by including educational opportunities or meaningful discussions or shootouts that inspire collaboration and growth.
  • Create an event invitation and share it widely! Invite members within the NAPCP community and your local photography network to ensure at least 10 attendees join in on the fun.
  • Submit event details to the NAPCP team by the deadline, so we can help promote your gathering within the community and across social media. Late submissions may not make it into our promotions.
  • Act as a digital ambassador for NAPCP by sharing and promoting content on Instagram and Facebook. Stay actively engaged in our NAPCP member community by responding to member questions and participating in community announcements.
  • Highlight and actively promote NAPCP sponsors during your gatherings. Have a designated time for everyone to signup for the dedicated giveaway.
  • Encourage any attendees who aren’t already NAPCP members to sign up for our email list, so they can stay connected and informed about upcoming events and opportunities.
  • Bring your camera to each gathering to capture high-quality images, and share them with NAPCP to showcase the amazing energy and connections at your events.
  • Provide information to NAPCP after your event so we can continue to help our Ambassadors thrive in the future.
  • Be a positive, professional representative of NAPCP, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive community while also engaging in outreach efforts to welcome and recruit new members.
  • Be the link between NAPCP and your local photography community, providing feedback and suggestions to help improve the program.
  • Stay engaged with the NAPCP Member Community by liking, sharing, and promoting posts about events, updates, and other exciting initiatives.
  • Participate in various Ambassador Challenges throughout the year to help grow membership

By actively participating both in person and online, NAPCP Ambassadors help create a dynamic, united community of photographers dedicated to supporting and inspiring one another.
