2024 NAPCP Ambassador Agreement

NAPCP Ambassador Program Mission:

Growing and strengthening the global NAPCP community through inspired local connections.

NAPCP Ambassador Program Overview:

An extension of the National Association of Portrait & Child Photographers, the NAPCP Ambassador Program takes an active role in building thriving communities of artists committed to growing their skills, their artistry, and their business. NAPCP Ambassadors are literally the eyes, ears, and face of the global association, kindling personal relationships and connections on a local level. By fostering connections and conversations, NAPCP Ambassadors enable the compassionate collaboration that is a hallmark of the NAPCP vision.

NAPCP Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Host gatherings (#NAPCPgatherings) in your local area during these weeks – April 15th thru 21st & September 9th thru 15th. If you are unable to host a gathering during the dates provided, you may notify us in writing with your “make-up” date, which should be no more than a week before or a week after the dates provided.
  • Set up events and send the information to the NAPCP team by the requested date so we can promote within the community and on social media
  • Encourage members in your area to come to your #NAPCPgathering
  • Share updated information about NAPCP and guide conversation using the topics in the PDF provided by NAPCP
  • Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner, to support our industry and community
  • Provide images from gatherings to NAPCP
  • Serve as the link for open communication between the NAPCP team and your local photographers, to continue NAPCP’s mission of growth and support in our industry and give feedback following your gathering to help us improve our program
  • Be open to sharing business ideas and helping others
  • Organize events and shoot outs with those you make contact with
  • Promote our sponsors during your Gathering
  • Create invites and reach out to other members in your area to create a sense of community
  • Foster connections and conversations both in-person and in the NAPCP Member Community

NAPCP Ambassador Period and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain effective and enforceable for a period of ONE YEAR, beginning on the date of effectivity of this agreement up until the year thereafter, unless prematurely terminated by either party.

Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior to the date of maturity, the party shall notify the other at least thirty (30) days prior the termination date.

A NAPCP Ambassador must be an active NAPCP member in good standing with the association. A member in good standing is defined as: a member of NAPCP who has met the dues payment schedule set forth in the NAPCP Terms of Use Agreement accepted upon Membership Application submission.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

The Parties to this Agreement may not disclose to any third party, the use of the works engaged by the NAPCP Ambassador with NAPCP without the other party’s written consent. Neither Party may sell, nor disclose with any third party any proprietary or confidential information acquired by them in the course of their engagement with the other, without the written consent of the other party.
