About Jennifer

Jennifer is a multidisciplinary photographer and arts leader whose work is rooted in narrative-driven, concept-based photography. Her practice explores memory, identity, and human connection through carefully constructed visual storytelling, often working in low-light and atmospheric environments to create images that are both visually compelling and emotionally resonant.

She brings a unique blend of creative and strategic expertise to her mentorship, informed by her leadership roles within the arts and cultural sector. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Exposure Photography Festival, where she contributes to governance, artist support initiatives, and long-term organizational development. This experience provides her with a strong understanding of both the creative and professional realities of working photographers.

Jennifer specializes in portfolio development, editing, and creative direction, helping photographers move from individual images to cohesive, intentional bodies of work. She also mentors on course creation, professional positioning, and building sustainable creative practices, supporting photographers in translating their work into meaningful opportunities.

As a mentor, Jennifer is known for her clarity, honesty, and strategic approach. She works with photographers to refine their voice, strengthen their portfolios, and build creative confidence, while maintaining balance and long-term sustainability in their practice.
