Do I have to be a member of NAPCP to attend in person or virtually?
Nope! After your 2018 Marketing Summit experience, we’re confident you’ll want to join our fantastic community if you are not already a member.
If I choose to attend virtually, what does that mean?
When you register as a virtual attendee, you will receive all of the included materials as digital files. You may download and prepare your Marketing Guide binder before the event so you can follow along. You will also be given access to our Private Summit Attendee Facebook Group, which will be monitored by NAPCP staff for relevant questions prior to the event, as well as during our Facebook Live broadcast of the event on Thursday. You can listen in live on Thursday (January 18th) as we review how to use the Marketing Guide. You will also be able to listen in live as Jenna Martin is teaching her Social Media Marketing Class. If you are not able to listen live on Thursday during the event, your virtual registration will entitle you to a discounted price of $25 for the professionally recorded version of the Social Media Marketing Class by Jenna Martin (available after the event).
Virtual attendance does not guarantee that all of your questions will be answered during the live segment, as we will give priority to attendees in the room, and due to the constraints of our schedule. Our team will monitor the group and do the best we can to make sure you have what you need!
Tell me more about mentoring — what exactly is it?
When you register to attend the 2018 Marketing Summit in person, you’ll see the option to add on a one-on-one mentoring session with Jenna Martin. This is an unique opportunity to get personalized guidance on your social media presence and goals for 2018. Jenna can review your current plan and assist you with setting up new goals and action items. Simply choose your time slot, and the mentoring fee of $200 will be added to your cart. We consistently receive excellent feedback about how this reserved, focused time with a mentor is invaluable, both in business and personally.
What airport should I fly into?
Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is 17 miles from Park Studios (about 30 minutes, depending on traffic). Please be aware that traffic can be difficult during rush hour in Atlanta. Uber, Lyft, and taxis provide service at the airport. When your Summit registration is complete, you will be added to our Private Attendee Group on Facebook, through which you can coordinate travel with new friends! Visit the Details page for more information.
Do I need a passport?
If you will not be arriving to Atlanta, Georgia from within the United States, you will need proper identification and any required paperwork upon entry. Please ensure that your passport is up-to-date!
Where should I stay?
The 2018 Marketing Summit will be held at Park Studios (690 Miami Circle, Atlanta 30324). You may stay anywhere you like; the Buckhead area will be most convenient. There is plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation in this area as well. Please visit the Details page for a list of several nearby hotels in various price ranges. Once you have registered to attend the summit, you can coordinate travel arrangements with friends in our Private Summit Facebook Group.
Is it possible to find someone to share a sleeping room or airport shuttle with?
Visit the Private Marketing Summit Attendees Facebook Group to make new friends, and make arrangements for shared accommodations and travel!
Will I need a rental car?
You may rent a car to drive to and from the airport and your preferred accommodations. Uber and Lyft are very convenient in the Buckhead area near the studio. Be sure to ask about parking fees at your hotel. Often times the total cost of a rental car plus parking will far exceed that of a few taxi rides.
What meals are included in my investment?
NAPCP is providing light snacks and drinks at our welcome reception on Wednesday evening. Continental breakfast will be provided on Thursday and Friday morning, along with lunch on Thursday. The evening social event on Thursday night at The Painted Pin is optional, and will include dinner, drinks and entertainment if you choose to attend.
Will there be any free time during the Marketing Summit?
We have shortened the format for this event. Unlike our past retreats, we will only have 1.5 days to give you the maximum amount of content! Thursday evening is free time, so you can choose to attend the social event at The Painted Pin, or go solo if you wish. We hope to see everyone at the fun party – this is when memories are made! Visit the Schedule page for more details.
What level of experience, and years in business, is this Marketing Summit catering to?
This content is great for all levels of experience. Whether you are just starting out, or you have been in business for many years, the social media landscape is constantly evolving. Plus, everyone needs to plan for a successful 2018!
