Do I have to be a member of NAPCP to attend in person or virtually?
Nope! After your 2019 Educational Summit experience, we’re confident you’ll want to join our fantastic community if you are not already a member.

If I choose to attend virtually, what does that mean?
When you register as a virtual attendee, you will receive access to view all of our speakers LIVE during the event.  If any speaker is using a visual aid (such as a Power Point presentation), it will also be made available so that you can follow along.  If you are unable to listen live, that’s okay!  You will have access to the professional recordings of the Summit speakers 2-3 weeks after the event.  Virtual attendees will also receive a digital download of the NAPCP 2019 Marketing Guide, the Creative Copy Guide, Email Marketing Guide, and the updated 12-month content calendar!

Virtual attendance does not guarantee that your questions will be answered during the live segment, as time is very limited and we have multiple speakers in a short time frame.

Tell me more about mentoring — what exactly is it?
When you register to attend the 2019 Educational Summit in person, you’ll see the option to add on a one-on-one mentoring session. This is an unique opportunity to receive personalized guidance on a variety of topics, based on the mentor you choose.  We consistently receive excellent feedback about how this reserved, focused time with a mentor is invaluable, both in business and personally.

The 2019 Planning Session sounds interesting. Tell me more.
We know how difficult it is to carve out goal-setting and business planning time when you get home.  Why not get everything finished while you are here at the summit?  You will receive your very own PRINTED copy of the NAPCP 2019 Marketing Guide with inclusions!  We will host an informal review of the Marketing Guide, and then allow time for brainstorming, goal-setting, collaborating – and any other fun we can dream up for the morning!  Also, you will have access to the beautiful natural-light backdrop of Park Studios in case you want to do some branding photos, or trade headshots with a friend. Think of this as the “me time” you never get at home, and the bonus is that you will have 2019 set up for success!

What airport should I fly into?
Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is 17 miles from Park Studios (about 30 minutes, depending on traffic). Please be aware that traffic can be difficult during rush hour in Atlanta.  Uber, Lyft, and taxis provide service at the airport. When your Summit registration is complete, you will be added to our Private Attendee Group on Facebook, through which you can coordinate travel with new friends! Visit the Details page for more information.

Do I need a passport?
If you will not be arriving to Atlanta, Georgia from within the United States, you will need proper identification and any required paperwork upon entry. Please ensure that your passport is up-to-date!

Where should I stay?
The 2019 Summit will be held at Park Studios (690 Miami Circle, Atlanta 30324). You may stay anywhere you like; the Buckhead area will be most convenient. There is plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation in this area as well.  Please visit the Details page for a list of several nearby hotels in various price ranges. Once you have registered to attend the summit, you can coordinate travel arrangements with friends in our Private Summit Facebook Group.

Is it possible to find someone to share a hotel room or airport shuttle with?
Visit the Private Summit Attendees Facebook Group to make new friends, and make arrangements for shared accommodations and travel!

Will I need a rental car?
You may rent a car to drive to and from the airport and your preferred accommodations. Uber and Lyft are very convenient in the Buckhead area near the studio. Be sure to ask about parking fees at your hotel. Often times the total cost of a rental car plus parking will far exceed that of a few taxi rides.

What meals are included in my investment?
NAPCP is providing continental breakfast, a boxed lunch, and light pre-dinner snacks and drinks at the evening reception.

What level of business professional is the summit catering to?
This content is great for all levels of experience.  Whether you are just starting out, or you have been in business for many years, this event is focused on MORE ways to create a business and life that works for you!
