27 May May 2022 Inspired Magazine: Featuring Kim Belverud!
The May issue of Inspired is HERE!
Can you believe that summer is already upon us? School’s out, the weather is warming up and it’s time to take a moment to breathe! We hope you find much joy in the coming months—soaking up the sun, getting your feet wet and taking every opportunity to enjoy extra time with loved ones.
This month’s featured artist is Kim Belverud, our 2021 Photographer of the Year. Kim has won multiple awards in NAPCP Image Competitions throughout the years, has achieved Master Photographer Certification in the Family category and has been a leader in the industry and the NAPCP Community, most recently serving as a 2022 NAPCP Ambassador. We are proud to honor her hard work and her dedication to her craft – as well as her genuine love for her clients.
Be sure to check out this month’s featured article, “Like Rain from a Cloud” from Katy Lengacher of Icarus Photography, who is a Master Photographer in the Child category. In the article, she shares insights on the importance of printed photos and their positive impact on children’s development.
Submissions for Master Photographer Certification in the Family category are now closed. Be on the lookout: certifications will be going out over the next few weeks as evaluations are completed.
On July 28, we will host our 2022 NAPCP Gallery Event, honoring our top 100 artists. Take a summer road trip to Atlanta to join us for this exciting evening of creativity and community. Click here to RSVP.
Finally, January 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the NAPCP retreat, and it’s going to be an extra special gathering! Mark your calendars for January 24th and 25th and stay tuned for more information.
We loved your take on this month’s “Shape” theme! Submissions for June’s “Simple” theme close June 1st. Don’t forget to submit your work by the deadline for your chance to be featured!
