Elevate 2023 is almost here! As you start packing your bags, we wanted to make sure you have all of the information you need to make those all important wardrobe decisions!

First things first!

WHAT TO BRING TO THE SUMMIT:

Laptop, Pens, and Notebook

Many of our speakers will be having hands on learning sessions where our attendees will be writing and working along with them.

Business Cards

These will be used for games, networking and other surprises throughout the retreat!

Homework

Alice Park is planning an exercise that involves some life vision boarding. Please print out this PDF and spend 5-10 minutes on Pinterest and your favorite lifestyle magazines. Cut out images that reflect the life you want to live, and paste it on the the document for our exercise on Wednesday, 1/25.

Monday, January 23rd | VIP Attendees Only

10AM – 1PM – VIP Work Play Branding Sessions

What to bring:
Headshot Attire – think “on-brand” colors/etc!
We are so excited to partner with Work Play Branding to offer this very special perk to every single attendee – VIPs will get a special time slot on Monday to schedule their sessions! We all need beautiful, updated headshots so please take advantage of this incredible experience. More details on how to sign up soon (keep an eye on your email)!

12:30PM – 1PM – VIP Registration at the Graduate Hotel

1:00PM – 4:00PM – VIP Masterclasses

What to bring: Laptop, pens, notebook.

6:00PM – 9:00PM – VIP Pink Party

Location: The Graduate Hotel – White Limozeen
What to wear: Pink Attire! (inspiration here)
What to bring: Business Cards & Your Appetite
This will for sure be a night to remember! We will have passed hors d’oeuvres, chef stations, a photo booth and more. Make sure you wear something pink!

Tuesday, January 24th | All Attendees

7:30AM – 8:15AM – Shuttle Pickup

If you’re staying at the Graduate Hotel, shuttle service to the Saint Elle will begin at 7:30AM. The shuttle will loop back to the Graduate after the first drop off to pick up additional passengers.

8:00AM – 8:50AM – Grab and Go Breakfast

Location: The Saint Elle
Coffee, grab-and-go breakfast items, and juice will be available as guests arrive at the Saint Elle. Feel free to use this time to meet new friends and catch up with old ones before the day begins!

8:50AM – 12:00PM – Day 1 Morning Programming

Location: The Saint Elle
What to wear: Business Casual Attire (inspiration here)
What to bring: Laptop, pens, notebook.

12:00PM – 1:00PM – Lunch

Location: The Saint Elle
Munch on your Charcuterie Board or visit the Chicken Salad Chick for some delicious lunch!

1:o0PM – 4:30PM – Day 1 Afternoon Programming

What to wear: Business Casual Attire (inspiration here)

4:30PM – 5:30PM – Shuttle Pickup

4:45 – 5:30PM – NAPCP Gathering | NAPCP Members Only

Location: The Saint Elle
What to bring: Camera (optional)
If you’re a NAPCP Member, you won’t want to take the first shuttle back to the Graduate! Hang back at the Saint Elle for a very special NAPCP Gathering with NAPCP Members from around the globe! Meet new friends, enjoy some time with one another and learn something new. Cameras optional for some instructional learning during this time!

6:30PM – NAPCP Gathering Dinner | NAPCP Members Only

Location: TBD
What to wear: Your choice!
Dinner is on your own, but if you’re a NAPCP Member you will have the opportunity to meet up with our NAPCP Ambassadors and other members somewhere for dinner in the Nashville area Tuesday night.

5:30PM – 8:00PM – Dinner on Own | All Other Attendees

8:00 – 11:00PM – Creativity Night

Location: The Graduate Hotel
What to wear: PJs (inspiration here)
Join us for a night of creative learning your PJs! We will be learning watercolor and practicing hand lettering tonight along with Heidi Hope and Kristen Smith. Cash bar and dessert will be available.

Wednesday, January 24th | All Attendees

6:00AM – 6:45AM – Sunrise Workout Session

Location: The Graduate Hotel
What to wear: Workout Attire
Join Janie Kokakis of @flobodyfitness and get a workout in before you join us for the second day of programming at the Saint Elle!

7:30AM – 8:15AM – Shuttle Pickup

Our Farewell Party at Cross-Eyed Critters will feature snacks and an open bar until 10pm along with a live band! Wear your country chic attire and dance the night away with old friends and new ones.
